Mr. Brett Anderson
Director - Chairman - CEO
Brett has over 30 years' experience in the property development industry and is a Chartered Professional Engineer.
He has founded and/or partnered in many successful businesses including, Barnson Pty Ltd, BAWD Pty Ltd, NextGen Civil Pty Ltd and Macquarie View Partners Pty Ltd.
Brett is an experienced property developer who has successfully project managed/ delivered both residential and commercial precincts valued at up to $105M.
Brett is passionate about ensuring the Central West continues to grow and flourish whilst looking after people and the environment.

Mrs. Leigh Nash
Director – COO
Leigh has over 30 years experience in operational management in both SME and Not for Profit organisations.
Her varied roles have involved working with Boards and Shareholders to ensure organisational efficiencies and optimal returns, through to seeking funding to deliver support to vulnerable youth and ensuring deliverance on targets and compliance.
Leigh is responsible for Organisational Governance, Compliance and Risk, IT, working with our Advisors and reporting to our Investors.
Leigh is also a Director of Macquarie View Partners Pty Ltd, who developed Macquarie View Estate – $35M.

Mr. Cameron Crowley
Director – CRO
Cameron has over 35 years’ experience in domestic and international business development, project management, sales & marketing, and export/import.
In the mid 90’s Cameron managed 3 projects to a capital value exceeding $25M and developed global clientele to consume annual revenues of approximately $45M at that time.
Cameron co-founded two successful biomedical businesses, Maverick Biosciences and Maverick Biomaterials, 23 years ago. They now export to 25+ countries.
Cameron has served on many community organisations and is also a Director of Macquarie View Partners Pty Ltd (Macquarie View Estate – $35M).

Luke Anderson
Finance Manager
With more than 7 years of professional experience in property and banking, most recently within the Corporate and Institutional Division and the National Australia Bank, Luke brings a wealth of industry experience to the team.
In addition to NWPC, Luke is the Finance Manager for BAWD Pty Ltd and NextGen Civil Pty Ltd.
Luke holds a degree in Property Economics and received the FINSIA Career Qualified in Banking Professional Banking certificate.

Andrew Macleod
Project Manager
With more than 33 years of experience in engineering construction, environment, and professional services, Andrew brings extensive industry expertise to the team. He has a strong track record in delivering civil and water infrastructure projects, guiding high-performing teams, and managing complex public and private sector developments.
Andrew has in-depth knowledge across urban development, built infrastructure, and resources, with particular expertise in roads, water supply, wastewater treatment, and renewable energy systems. His experience spans sustainability, climate change adaptation, and emerging technologies, including pumped hydro and hydrogen.
In addition to his role at NWPC, Andrew has successfully led major infrastructure projects, including the $189M Townsville Wastewater Upgrade and project management of Solar Panel Farms valued at $1.8M.

Lilli Altus
Communications Lead
Lilli brings more than 8 years of experience in operations, marketing, and communications, with a strong background in customer relations.
As Communications Lead for NWPC, Lilli is passionate about building strong, connected communities through clear and meaningful engagement. She is dedicated to creating open channels of communication that foster collaboration between residents, stakeholders, and the development team. With a creative approach and a deep commitment to sustainability, Lilli ensures that community voices are heard and that the development reflects the needs and aspirations of those who call it home.
In addition to NWPC, Lilli is the Operations & Marketing Manager for TFL Franchising Pty Ltd.

Lou Billett
Research Lead
Working with NWPC for the last 2 years, Lou's understanding of research methodologies and ability to gather and dissect data make her an invaluable resource in our organisation.
Originally from Australia and now residing in South Africa, is a dedicated advocate for education and social equity. A qualified Occupational Therapist, she founded the African Angels Trust in 2008, driven by her commitment to providing quality education to children from underprivileged communities in Chintsa and the surrounding areas. Under her leadership, the organisation has made significant strides in empowering young learners, breaking the cycle of poverty, and fostering sustainable change through education.
Passionate about addressing social inequality, Lou is deeply engaged in initiatives that create opportunities for marginalised individuals, particularly those affected by financial constraints. She actively collaborates with like-minded organisations, community leadership and individuals to drive meaningful social change. .
